WARSAW – The Lakeview Middle School 7th grade boys basketball team won its own tournament title on Saturday.

AKRON — The Tippecanoe Valley High School Thanksgiving Classic girls basketball tournament will take place at the high school Nov. 25 with doors opening at 10 a.m.

CARMEL — NorthWood junior MacKenzie Weaver shot 93 to finish in 56th place in the final standings of the IHSAA Girls Golf Finals at Prairie View Saturday.

KENDALLVILLE — After a long wait, NorthWood’s Mackenzie Weaver earned an individual berth out to the state finals at Saturday’s East Noble Golf Regional.

PLYMOUTH — NorthWood girls golf earned its sixth straight Northern Lakes Conference title with the NLC Tournament championship at Pretty Lake Golf Club Saturday.

WARSAW — The 2016 Central Region Show Ski Tournament will be held this weekend, July 9-10 at Hidden Lake in Warsaw, Indiana and hosted by the Lake City Skiers.

INDIANAPOLIS — Hoosier Whitney Bautista has been selected to be the state finalist in the National American Miss pageant.
