Nappanee American Legion Hosts Ride

nappanee featureNAPPANEE — American Legion Post 154, Nappanee, will host a 50 mile plus, police-escorted ride “9-11, Ride to Remember,” Saturday, Sept. 12.

Sign-in is from 9-11:30 a.m. at the American Legion, 201 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee. The ride starts at noon and ends at 1266 W. CR 1250N in Milford.

There will be a live auction and a corn hole tournament, with top prize to be announced. Following the band, there will be karaoke and DJ with Peanut.

Proceeds are dedicated to homeless veterans and the local community. The ride is rain or shine; cars are welcome. T-shirts will be for sale; beverage wristbands available but must be 21 to enter after ride. Camping available and RVs are welcome. Donation is $15 per person.
