• Anna Marie Stamper, 28, 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for operating while intoxicated. Bond: $700 cash.
• Daniel John Heylin, 55, 811 S. Main St., North Webster, arrested for failing to appear for a court date. Bond: $450 cash.
• Efrain Vega, 24, 202 Wooster Road, Warsaw, arrested for dealing cocaine — 5-10 grams. Bond: $20,500.
• Todd Joseph Guiff, 45, 773 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond.
