• Amanda Lynn Heald, 22, 26 Sunrise Drive, Elkhart, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700 cash.
• Richard Gillas Jones, 38, 23 EMS T26C Lane, Leesburg, arrested for battery and reckless driving. Bond: $600 cash.
• Kezia Dawn Lee Hickey, 35, 53586 CR 27, Bristol, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $3,000 cash.
