Elizabeth Jane Richardson, 84, Syracuse, passed away on Aug. 21, 2015, at the IU Health Goshen Hospital surrounded by her family.

She was born on Oct. 18, 1930, in Huntington, to Emery and Orpha (Holmes) Drabenstot. On Aug. 9, 1946, she married Marlin Richardson who preceded her in 2005.

She moved to the lake area in 1977 coming from Huntington. She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her three daughters: Jerry Lyn Little, Twin Falls, Idaho; Paul (Karen) Hacker, Syracuse; Dave (Tammy Jane) Driscoll, Dothan, Ala.; one son: Terry (Becky) Richardson, Markle; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded by her husband, two sisters and one brother.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26, at the Eastlund Funeral Home with Pastor David Henry officiating. Calling will be one hour prior to the service from 1-2 p.m. Burial will follow at the Syracuse cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
