Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

4 p.m. Wednesday Aug. 19, South SR 15 and West Eastbrook Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Roxie D. Williams, 47, East Main St., Silver Lake,and Crystal L. Smalley, 30, South Paxton Drive, Warsaw. Williams’ vehicle struck the back of the Smalley vehicle. Damage up to $1,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

5:18 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. The unidentified owner of a vehicle reported damage to the driver’s door and rear sliding door on her vehicle, while parked in the Wal-Mart parking lot. A witness reported seeing the accident occur, with the second unidentified driver looking at the damage and then reparking the vehicle and going inside the business. Damage up to $5,000.

12:28 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Todd E. Pequignot, 42, Ivywood Drive, Warsaw, and Cassandra D. Cook, 31, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Pequignot could not see southbound traffic due to stopped traffic in the northbound lane, driving out into the path of the Cook vehicle. Damage up to $50,000.
