Leroy Mathias Tackett, Rochester, was stillborn at 3:58 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, at Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester.

He is survived by his parents: Christina Wagoner and Larry Tackett, Rochester; siblings: Braxton Thomas, and Victoria Carnegie, Rochester and Larry Tackett Jr., Gina Tackett, Natashia Northern and Kim Northern, Warsaw; grandparents: Melvin and Wendy Heeter, Palestine, Norma Brown, Rochester and Hargus Tackett, Warsaw; great-grandparents: Alan and Judy L. Lowry, Warsaw; and several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Andrew Mathias Wagoner and great-grandparents: Andrew and Edie Tackett.
