Milford

Officers from the Milford Police Department investigated the following accidents:

6:43 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, West Catherine Street and North Maple Street, Milford. Driver: Michelle J. Sinclair, 44, Catherine Street, Milford. Sinclair reported memory loss and does not recall hitting a sign. Her vehicle sustained rear-end damage. Sinclair did not report the accident. Damage up to $750.

1:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, 1007 N. Old 15N, Milford. Drivers: Danny R. Cook, 35, Oriole Lane, Warsaw and Shay N. Long, 23, North Main Street, Syracuse. Long went to the Milford Police Department to report she had been in an accident. She stated Cook backed his vehicle into her vehicle while she was leaving work. Long’s vehicle sustained damage to the left rear wheel and axle. Damage up to $1,000.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

8 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, East Armstrong Road and North CR 450E, North Webster. Driver: Gwen M. Fuchs, 34, Gumwood Road, Bourbon. Hit turkey. Damage up to $5,000.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

7:40 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, 509 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Driver: Brenda J. Lyons, 56, West Bonston Street, Syracuse. Lyons was northbound when the vehicle in front of her braked. Lyons swerved her vehicle to avoid a collision and struck a mailbox and a NIPSCO utility pole. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

11:13 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, 3350 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Drivers: Teresa M. Evans, 61, West Old 30, Warsaw and Sharon S. Peters, 58, South Packerton Road, Silver Lake. Vehicles collided in the K-mart parking lot. Damage up to $5,000.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:

12:46 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2214 E. Winona Ave., Winona Lake. Driver: Miles L. Nellans, 65, East CR 100N, Warsaw. Hit light pole. Damage up to $5,000.
