KOKOMO – Victoria Biddle led the Tippecanoe Valley girls golf team to a 1-1 performance Tuesday.

Biddle shot a team best 53 as the Vikings defeated Peru and lost to Northwestern in action at the Green Acres Golf Course.

Northwestern shot 202 as a team to win the three-way match. Valley finished at 229, while Peru came in at 262.

Blake McBrier shot a 57 and Liz VanMeter a 58 for the Vikings, who are 2-2 on the season.

Makayla Sandbakken finished with a 61 for Valley. Lexi Cumberland had a 73 and Jade VanMeter a 74 for the varsity group.

Katie Prater shot a 73 for the Valley junior varsity.

Valley (2-2) will face Northfield on Thursday at the Honeywell Golf Course in Wabash.
