MONTICELLO – The duo of Linnzie Richner and Summer Stillson led the way atop the individual leaderboard at the Twin Lakes Invitational Monday.

The pair of NorthWood standouts in the process led their team to the championship of the event held at the Tippecanoe Country Club.

Richner and Stillson each carded a round of 77 as the Panthers shot 343 as a team to win the title of the nine-team tournament.

Richner birdied the first playoff hole to earn medalist honors over Stillson.

The invitational championship was the sixth in the last three years for coach Adam Yoder’s  NorthWood program. It was the second invitational medalist honors for Richner.

Lafayette Jeff was second in the team standings at 361 with Twin Lakes third at 366.

Madison Richner shot a 94 and Mackenzie Weaver had a 95 for the champions.

Abby Slabaugh shot a 103, Hope Cripe 105, Claire McGuire 118 and Alaina Benjamin 125 for NorthWood on the day.
