Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

  • 2:45 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, 100 block EMS B43 Lane, Leesburg. Kim D. Poole reported the theft of fishing tackle and a fish finder. Value: $950.
  • 10:12 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, 100 block West Section Street, Milford. Lindsey M. Wray reported tires slashed.
  • 12:11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, 1100 block Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Officials with Pepsi America reported damage to the Pepsi machine at Chapman Lake Marina.
  • 9:08 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, 200 block West Main Street, Warsaw. Kristopher W. Shipley reported an unknown person opened a credit account in his name.
  • 11:34 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, 100 block E. Center Street, Sidney. Shandi Lynn Horn reported a report of intimidation over the telephone,
  • 4:13 p.m. Aug. 3, 6600 block E. Waco Drive, Syracuse. Kevin Cochran reported the theft of a Polaris Ranger from a garage. Value: $11,000.
  • 12:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3, 200 block West Main Street, Warsaw. Sophany Wyatt reported purchasing an iPhone from Craiglist.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

  • 9:39 a.m. Friday, Aug. 7, 100 block East Canal Street, Warsaw, Officials with Warsaw Parks & Recreation Department reported damage to Glover Pavilion.
  • 8:59 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, 100 block East Canal Street, Warsaw. Officials with Warsaw Parks & Recreation Department reported damage to a concrete ash tray, gutter and decking board at Central Park.
  • 8:33 a.m. Friday, Aug. 7, 1700 block East Center Street, Warsaw. Lloyd R. Shroyer reported finding a bicycle.
  • 9:51 a.m. Monday, Aug. 3, 2100 block Whitetail Run, Warsaw. Jo A Kolbe reported personal information was given over the phone to an unknown source.
