Warsaw Community Development Corporation announced the LRB Building as one of the recipients of a 2015 Façade Grant in downtown Warsaw on July 24, 2015. 

The building is located at 106 N. Buffalo Street. Improvements included tuck-pointing brick and a new awning. 

The City of Warsaw provides matching funds for the façade grant program to be administered by WCDC.
