A Rochester duo was arrested Monday outside the Warsaw Walmart for allegedly having a mobile methamphetamine lab on a mo-ped.

Police were alerted to the possible mobile lab by a tipster who called the Kosciusko 911 Dispatch Center. Upon arriving at the discount store, an officer located the mo-ped and its occupants: Deborah Brooke Grindle, 25, Rochester, and Kyle Lee Davison, 23, 1804 Westside Rd., Rochester.

Both are charged with possession of methamphetamine and precursors used to make the drug. Davidson has an additional charge of theft. Police say the mo-ped the two were riding was reported stolen.

Davidson and Grindle are both being held on $2,000 bonds.
