• Jerzy Zalewski, 48, 3701 N. Arlington Court, Warsaw, arrested for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Eric Bautista Garza, 42, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for two counts of driving while suspended and probation violation. No bond and $300 cash.
• Erin Elaine Siefert, 28, 9598 E. King Arthur Trail, Cromwell, arrested for dealing a schedule I, II, III controlled substance between 1 to 5 grams. Bond: $10,000 surety, $250 cash.
• Miguel Raymond Castro, 22, 701 Robson Road, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery and battery causing bodily injury to a pregnant woman. Bond: $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Carol Ann VanMeter, 60, 320 W. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for battery on a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct-noise. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
