Thelma J. Baldwin, 96, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2015, in the Catherine Kasper Life Center.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Monday, July 13, in the funeral home. Services will immediately follow at 4 p.m. with Rev. Mark Need officiating.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 14, in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort.Preferred are memorial gift contributions to the Trinity United Methodist Church, Plymouth.
