- Brandon Charles Carpenter, 25, 712 E. Main St., Warsaw, was sentenced on June 18 for one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. He was ordered incarcerated for 60 days had his license suspended for 180 days, and must pay a fine of $465.50.
