Kevin T. Stoneburner, age 27, formerly of Plymouth, passed away in West Palm Beach, Fla., on Monday, June 8, 2015.
Kevin was born on Sept. 1, 1987, in South Bend, to Randi and Tammy (Whitteberry) Stoneburner. Kevin graduated from the Plymouth High School in The Class of 2006. He enjoyed playing on the football and wrestling teams. Kevin moved to Florida and was the head cook for Denny’s Restaurant.
Kevin is survived by his father and stepmother: Randi (Susan) Stoneburner, Oak Harbor, Ohio; his mother: Tammy Stoneburner, Mentone; his daughters: Marley Stoneburner; and Makaela Stoneburner; his son: Miles Stoneburner, all of Plymouth; three brothers: Kristopher (Anne) Stoneburner, Mentone; Kasey Stoneburner, Knoxville, Tenn.; and Kory Stoneburner-Betts, Mentone; his stepsisters: Julie (Raymond) Wheeler, Wakarusa; and Jennifer (Joel) Harney, Elkhart; his stepbrother: Christopher Heaton, South Bend; and maternal grandmother: Charlene Whitteberry, Walkerton. Kevin was preceded in passing by his paternal grandparents: Lloyd and Mary Stoneburner; and maternal grandfather: Gene Whitteberry.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 20, at Van Gilder Funeral Home, Plymouth. Services will be directly after at 11:30 a.m., officiated by Neal Klockow.
The Stoneburner family requests memorials, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Kevin Stoneburner Memorial Fund (for his children) at any Lake City Bank or may be mailed to Lake City Bank, Mentone.
