Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

4:39 p.m. Monday, June 15, North SR 13, and North Brown Street, Syracuse. Drivers: Brockmyer Riley, 17, EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg, and Marsha Kiester, 64, S. CR 650W, Kimmell. Riley’s vehicle drove into the path of Kiester’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

3:39 p.m. Monday, June 15, North SR 13, and East CR 900N, Syracuse. Drivers: Shane Ostendorf, 28, EMS D21B Lane, Syracuse, and Sarah Mock, 35, North Front Street, Syracuse. Ostendorf’s vehicle rear ended Mock’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

12:35 p.m. Monday, June 15, West Lake Street, and Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Mitchell Titus, 43, East Old Road 30, Warsaw, and Charles Salyer, 57, 14th Road, Plymouth. Titus’ vehicle struck the back of Salyer’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

11:32 a.m. Monday, June 15, East US 30, and South CR 325E, Warsaw. Drivers: Christopher Mort, 32, S. CR 900E, Pierceton, and Vonda Mceowen, 65, E. CR 150N, Columbia City. Mort’s vehicle struck Vonda’s vehicle causing her vehicle to overturn. Vonda complained of back pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for further inspection. Damage up to $25,000.

Milford

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:

2:38 p.m. Monday, June 15, 390 W. Emeline Street. Driver: Randy Veach, 58, N. Creek Bend Lane, Milford. Veach backed his vehicle out of his parking spot and struck a parked vehicle owned by Jacob Schooley, W. CR 300N, Warsaw. Damage up to $2,500.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

1:23 p.m. Monday, June 15, South Huntington Street, north of East Bowser Road, Syracuse. Drivers: Thomas Kauffman, 55, E. Wawasee Lane, Syracuse, and Larry Ryman, 74, E. Catherine Street, Milford. Kauffman backed his vehicle up and struck Ryman’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

11:37 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, North Lake Street, north of North Columbia Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Katelyn Arndt, 18, Lincoln Street, Bourbon, and Ronald Keister, 61, Azuba Court, Columbia City. Arndt’s vehicle struck the passenger side of Keister’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
