• Delorion Larell Vance, 24, 517 E. 12th St., Mishawaka, arrested on two counts of fraud on a financial institution. Bond: $23,000 cash and $20,000 surety.
• Sherri L. Moran, 59, 5877 N. First St., Leesburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $600 cash.
