According to The Reader’s Digest, there’s a law on the books in Warsaw, Ind., that may have a lot of kids in trouble with the law come winter time.

Dumb law on the books: No one may throw snowballs in a public place.

And, if you’re heading out to fish, be warned: In the state of Indiana, it’s illegal to catch a fish with your bare hands.
