Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

2:26 p.m. Friday, May 29, East US 30, east of South CR 250E, Warsaw. Drivers: Chad E. Hawkins, 38, Springfield Circle, Niles, Mich., and Victor Butterworth, 68, East Country Club Drive, Momence, Ill. Items fell from Hawkins’ vehicle hitting the hood of the Butterworth vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
