• John Milton Crews, 30, 1024 Chipewa St., Grafton, Ohio, arrested on an out of state warrant. Hold for that agency.
• William Jose Rodriguez, 29, 3163 S. Shepherd, Mount Pleasant, Mich., arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000 surety.
• Brady Lee Shepherd, 24, 119 W. Van Buren St., Leesburg, arrested for check deception. Hold for another county.
• Frankie Lee Poe, 43, 320 W. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct-noise and public intoxicated. Bond: $350 cash.

• Frankie Lane Conley III, 18, 2035 Shell Bark Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $218 cash.
• Shaun Christopher Smith, 35, 21303 Butler Lane, Andalusia, Ala., arrested for non-support of a dependent. Bond: $21,000 cash.
