The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting at Trailhouse Village Bicycles, 1001 E. Canal St., Warsaw, located in the Village at Winona. Trailhouse Village Bicycles is under new ownership of Barry and Courtney McManus and has changed its name from Trailhouse Village Outdoor Store.
