• Gabriella Jessica Alexander, 26, 10080 N. Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse, arrested for neglect of a dependent causing bodily injury. Bond: $4,000 surety.
• Alisha Nicole Ousley, 24, 307 E. Lynwood Dr., Syracuse, arrested for throwing burning material from a moving vehicle. Bond: $168 cash.
• Abelardo Marcelino Calle Marquez, 21, 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600 cash.
• Chanelle Nicole Stults, 26,  arrested for operating while intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .15, failure to stop after an accident, operator never licensed. Bond: $550 cash.
• Kathleen Jo Quier, 53, 3670 S 950W, Mentone, arrested for OWI schedule I, II Controlled Substance. $700 cash.
