• 10 a.m. to noon, Tuesday, May 12, Akron Public Library meeting room, 205 E. Rochester St.
• 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, Bourbon Public Library Meeting Room, 307 N. Main St.
• 10 a.m. to noon, Wednesday, May 13,  Milford Public Library Meeting Room, 101 N. Main St.
