Mary Louise Miller, 89, of Milford, passed away at 10:05 p.m. Monday, April 27, in Miller’s Merry Manor Assisted Living, Warsaw.
On May 28, 1925, Louise was born in Kosciusko County to Charles and Belle (Daugherty) Pinkerton. She was united in marriage to Kenneth L. Miller on May 22, 1943, in Alexandria, La. He preceded her in death on Nov. 11, 2006.
A lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, Louise worked for United Telephone Company in the Revenue Accounting Department as a billing clerk. She then worked on the family farm. She was a member of Leesburg United Methodist Church. She also was a fifty year member of Leesburg Homemakers Club and a member of Leesburg Travelers Club.
Louise is survived by her daughter: Barbara (Dan) Michael, LEesburg; her son: Dennis (Linda) Miller, Milford; four grandchildren: Tammi Spangle, Warsaw; Pam (Randy) Brandon, Warsaw; Travis (Courtney) Miller, Fort Myers, Fla.; Trisha Miller, Fort Myers, Fla.; five great-grandchildren: Nicholas Spangle; Tanner Spangle; Chase Brandon; Hannah Brandon; and Hannah Miller.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Visitation hours will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 30, at the funeral home, with Pastor Rob Seewald officiating.
Burial will be in Leesburg, Cemetery.
