UPDATE: At 11:38 a.m. Thursday, April 23, North SR 13 and EMS B7 Lane, North Webster. Drivers: Kelli N. Hamilton, 28, North CR 650E, Warsaw, and Laura J. Huxhold-Dirig, 51, CR 43, Auburn. Hamilton’s vehicle struck the back of the Huxhold-Dirig vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.

At approximately 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 23, emergency personnel were called to SR 13 near the intersection of EMS B7 Lane for a two-vehicle automobile accident.

The driver of one of the vehicles failed to stop and rear-ended a truck in front of him. Injuries were initially reported, but the driver has signed off on medical attention.

Please avoid the area until police have cleared the scene.
