• Richard Lee Hardwick III, 25, 706 W. Portland St. Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear on a felony charge, sexual misconduct with a minor and a body attachment warrant. Bond: no bond, $25,000 surety and $500 cash.

April 22

• Heather Lynn Scherer, 36, 2047 W. Wilcken Road, Columbia City, arrested for throwing burning material from a moving vehicle. Bond: $218 cash.
• Gary Gene Gregory, 52, 8567 S 600W, Claypool, arrested for false informing and a warrant from another agency. Bond: $500 cash and no bond.
