• Kevin Neil Hunter, 48, 600 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Bond: $4,000 surety.

April 17

• Terry A. Popenfoose, 52, 114 E. Himes St., North Webster, arrested on a body attachment. Bond: $6,000 cash.
• Amanda Marie Daler, 33, 507 W. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. No bond.
• Justin Allen Brinegar, 33, 8041 E. CR 400N, Leesburg, arrested for check deception and on a body attachment. Bond: $1,250 cash.
• Uriah John Milton, 37, 715 Mansfield St., Plymouth, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000 surety.
• Ella Faye Penning, 32, 101 Warner Dr., Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $750 cash
• Lyndsey Marie Ganshorn, 21, 4598 W. CR 700N, Leesburg, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and failure to appear. Bond: $850 cash
• Rocky Warren Wicker, 30, PDOC 3, Waymart, Pa., arrested for burglary. No bond.
