Barbara L. Dunbar, 62, East CR 500N, Gorvertown and Taylor L. Whitaker, 40, North SR 15, Warsaw, were injured in an accident at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday, April 14. The accident was on West US 30, at CR 150W, Warsaw.

Dunbar complained of back pain and Whitaker complained of pain to the chest. Both were transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital.

Dunbar told police she was northbound on CR 150W and wanted to turn west on US 30. She stated the light was green and she entered the intersection. She told police several vehicles were stopped in the intersection so she began to turn. Whitaker, who was southbound was in the straight lane to continue southbound and when he entered the intersection Dunbar turned in front of him. The other vehicles were in the left turn lane.

Damage was estimated up to $10,000.
