Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

7:56 a.m. Monday, April 6, South SR 13 and East CR 350S, Pierceton. Drivers: Caitlyn M. Kuhn, 22, East Pierceton Road, Warsaw, and Devin J. Sims, 19, South CR 700E, Pierceton. Kuhn ran into the rear of Sims’ vehicle after looking down at her cell phone. Damage up to $5,000.
