The Triton softball team saw its season come to an end Friday in the championship game of the South Central Sectional.
The host Satellites topped the Trojans 6-3 in the finale of the Class 1-A sectional tournament.
Triton defeated Michigan City Marquette Catholic and Westville to earn a spot in the sectional  finals.
South Central advances to host Lakewood Park Christian in a one-game regional Tuesday night in Union Mills.
