Lots of local talent will take the Lerner Theatre stage this week for the free Lunchtime Live! presented by Edward Jones Investments.

The New Horizons Band, a group of 60 Elkhart County seniors, will take the stage for an hour at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 25. During the second hour from noon to 1 p.m., entertainment will be provided by pianist Allen Norris, an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University South Bend who has served the Elkhart County Symphony, Elkhart Civic Theatre and more.

Lunchtime Live! occurs at the Lerner on the final Wednesday of each month, and the series gives residents and business people a chance to take a break from their day and enjoy talented performers at no charge.

At this time, food is not allowed into the theater, but patrons are encouraged to visit nearby Gateway Mile restaurants before or after their stop at the Lerner.
