Numerous field and grass fires have been reported throughout Kosciusko County today.

Emergency personnel were called to respond to Claypool this morning as well as to a fire located in the Atwood area.

Those burning leaves and other debris for a spring cleaning of yards and fields are advised to take caution and be aware of wind, especially when burning in dry areas.
