Police in Akron, OH, are searching for a man who was caught on camera defecating on a car. The father of the victim took the picture.

According to Akron Police Lieutenant Rick Edwards, similar incidents have been reported in the same area dating back to May 2012. A total of 19 reports have been filed with cars damaged on the outside, door handles and interiors if they had been left unlocked. Some victims thought it was from a dog when they reported it.

DNA testing could be used to try and identify the man, but Lt. Edwards stated that would be a last resort due to the expense and the fact that the crime is relatively minor.

If arrested, the suspect could face criminal mischief charges.
