• Alaina Leighan J. Barrington, 34, 402 N. Broadway St., Mentone, arrested for failure to appear on a felony charge and failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bond: $10,000 surety on the felony and $500 cash on the misdemeanor.
• Mark Allen Todd Leazier, 36, 220 N. Harrison St., Montpelier, Ohio, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350 cash.
• Jeremy Lee Morgan, 33, 1523 Maye St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,000 surety.
• Frankie Lane Conley, III, 18, 2035 Shell Bark Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a schedule I, II controlled substance and reckless driving, Bond: $550 cash.
