AKRON – Tippecanoe Valley girls basketball fans will get to honor their team next Tuesday night.

A community celebration of the state finalist squad will be held at 6:30 p.m. on March 10 in the high school gym.

No. 9 Valley will play No. 4 Princeton Saturday night at 6 p.m. in the Class 3-A state championship game at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

This will be the first-ever appearance in the state championship game for the Valley girls basketball program.
