Signs have already been installed warning Syracuse residents the Front Street bridge will be closed starting Monday, as work will begin to replace it. The work is expected to be completed and the bridge open by Memorial Day, weather permitting.

Detour for the area is to use Medusa Street to SR 13 north to Henry Street and then over to Front.

The boat ramp will be closed for only a few days throughout construction while beams are installed for the bridge. Those wishing to launch their boats from the public landing will be able to do so when weather permits.
