Doris J. Gordon, 84, of Syracuse, passed away on March 2, 2015 at Millers Merry Manor in Syracuse. She was born on Aug. 2, 1930 in Nappanee to Arthur Wagner and Florence (Journey) Snyder.

On Dec. 31, 1946 she married Eugene Gordon who preceded her in 1999. She lived most of her life in Syracuse coming from Nappanee in 1945. Doris is survived by her 2 sons: Michael (Pam) Gordon, Greensburg, and Brent (Jody) Gordon, Syracuse. 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. 2 sisters: Alice (Tom) Kruger, North Webster, and Grace Wagner, Syracuse. 2 brothers: Mark Wagner, Richmond, and Steve Wagner, Elkhart.

She was preceded by her daughter Theresa Kitson, 1 sister, and 1 brother. Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Thursday, March 5, at the Eastlund Funeral Home. Services will be at noon Friday, March 6, at the funeral home with Pastor Brad Cox officiating. Burial will follow at the Syracuse cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
