AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley Athletic Department announced that as of this morning at 9:30 the school had sold approximately 1,500 tickets for the girls basketball state finals.

Valley received 3,000 tickets for the State Finals. The No. 9 Vikings (25-2) will play No. 4 Princeton (29-1) Saturday at 6 p.m. at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis in the Class 3-A state championship game.

Tickets, which are good for admission to the second session (the 3-A and 4-A games) Saturday night, are $15 each.

Any remaining tickets will go on sale at Valley Wednesday morning starting at 7:15 a.m. to the general public.
