WARSAW – The Warsaw girls basketball team was successful not only on the court this season.
The Tigers, who wrapped up their season with a loss in the regional semifinals on Feb. 21, also did their part to help others.
Coach Michelle Harter’s team held a Pink Out Night for their Jan. 17 home game versus conference foe Goshen.
The Tigers auctioned off game jerseys and also held a bake sale among other activities to raise money for the Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund.
Warsaw, when it was all said and done, raised $2,933 for a great cause.
