Syracuse Police investigated the following accident and incidents and made the following arrests:

Accident
• Friday, 12:36 p.m. SR 13N and East Access Road. Drivers: Charlotte A. Hill, 63, Promontory Point, Syracuse, and Delford D. Zarse, Jr., 57, North Skyline Road, Syracuse. Hill thought Zarse was turning left, passed on the right, hitting the passenger side when Zarse turned her vehicle right. Damages up to $5,000.

Arrest
• Monday, 4:46 a.m. Summer K, Noe, 19, EMS W26 Lane, North Webster, charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and minor consumption. Bond: $550. Noe was stopped for a traffic violation
