Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded to the following accident:

1:11 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, East Winona Avenue and South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Wilbur J. Brake, 84, North Elm Street, Silver Lake, and Amber C. Utter, 47, South Union Street, Warsaw. Both drivers claimed that the other ran a red light, resulting in Brake colliding with Utter. A witness stated that it was Brake who ran the red light and caused the collision. Damage up to $10,000.
