BOURBON – The Triton girls basketball team celebrated Senior Night win a big win Saturday.

The host Trojans defeated Jimtown 58-14 in a Northern State Conference contest.

The final home game of the season saw Triton honor seniors Kylie Mason, Becca Kennedy, Lauren Hostrawser, Hannah Jennings and Krystal Sellers.

The Trojans led 16-8 after the opening period of play and 32-11 at halftime in the dominating win. Triton outscored the Jimmies 14-0 in the fourth quarter.

Hostrawser had a big game with a game-hgh 18 points for the Trojans.

Seniors Mason and Jennings each scored 12 points. Jaela Meister netted nine points and Kennedy added five for the winners.

Kelly Brooks led Jimtown with nine points.

Triton improves to 14-7 overall and 4-2 in the NSC. The Trojans are in third place in the league standings, trailing Culver (6-0) and Glenn (5-0).

Jimtown, which has lost its last five games, drops to 5-15 overall and 1-5 in the NSC.

Triton plays its final regular season and conference game Friday night at LaVille. Jimtown hosts Westview Tuesday night.
