• Rick Leslie Kensinger, 33, 3745 S .SR 25, Mentone, arrested for theft, possession of meth, possession schedule I, II, III or IV controlled substance, driving while suspended, manufacturing meth, possession of a precursor, possession of paraphernalia and dealing meth. Bond: $4,000 surety and $500 cash.

Jan. 23

• Ryan Shane Caudill Jr, 18, 314 N. West St., Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300 cash.
• Steven Ray Bennett, 26, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for dealing meth. Bond: $4,000 surety.
• Gregory Anthony Jackson, 42, 1606 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000 surety.
• Joshua Lynn Bays, 36, 108 E. Section St., Claypool, arrested on a body attachment warrant. Bond: $700 cash.
• Tier Craig Harkins, 25, 621 N. Fifth St., North Webster, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with schedule I, II controlled substance. Bond: $500 cash.
• Lisa Ann Withers, 35, 8846 E. Crow Road, Syracuse, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $500 cash.
