Ivy Tech Community College offers a new learning experience for residents interested in acquiring hands on training and other key skills needed to jumpstart a career in the recreational vehicle industry.

The RV Industry Production Associate Training Program is a 40-hour, one week course supported by Lippert Components, Inc., Patrick Industries, Inc., and Thor Industries.

The new program will be held at Ivy Tech Community College’s Elkhart County campus. The first week-long session begins Monday, Feb. 2. New sessions continue every week through Monday, March 23. The class cost is $50.

The RV Production Associate Training Program is designed to fast-track success. After successful completion of the program, students will receive a preferred interview with one of the county’s largest employers.
