Jan. 13

• Sierra Danelle Hart, 19, 311 W. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $500 cash.
• Dave Louis Jones II, 21, 358 Ohio St., Wabash, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .15 percent. No bond.
• Justin Lee Straka, 34, 9385 N. 600E, North Manchester, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,500 cash.
• Douglas Charles Spangle, 22, 2784 W. 1300N, North Manchester, arrested for disorderly conduct – fight and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $1,100 cash.
• Preston Steven Bartow, 28, 11341 N CR 1000E, Cromwell, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,500 cash.
• Debra Jo Holaway, 55, 72876 CR 29, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $500 cash.
• Brian Lee Kern, 30, 706 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $500 cash.
