Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

10:08 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 1, North Warren Street, Warsaw. Driver: Kenneth W. Bell, 60, South Ray St., Atwood. Bell started backing from a parking space when his vehicle reversed quicker than he could apply his foot on the brake. His vehicle struck a parked vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

1:52 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 1, West Winona Avenue, west of South Logan Street, Warsaw. Driver: Marina D. Manges, 19, East Section St., Claypool. Hit deer. Damage up to $2,500.
