Minor injuries were reported in a head-on crash that occurred Friday afternoon near downtown Warsaw.

The accident was in the 700 block of East Winona Avenue. Fire officials at the scene reported heavy clean-up efforts are under way. At least one victim was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment.
