AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley Middle School boys basketball teams posted two wins Thursday night over Triton.

The Valley 8th grade team won 36-29.

Jake Gearhart led Valley with 12 points. Wes Melanson netted eight points and Cameron Parker five for the winners.

Valley won the 7th grade contest by a 31-26 final.

Tanner Trippiedi led the winners with nine points. Jaydin Conley scored eight points and Braxton Tolson five for Valley.
